PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU USE OUR SERVICES Persons acting on behalf of Celebrate Personal Training Ltd (“Celebrate,” “we,” us, or “our”) hold themselves to the highest professional standards. We recognise that the success of our clients (“client,” “you,” “your”) is reflected in the success of our business.
We deliver Personal Fitness Training Programs and Nutritional Information Services in-person and online and through our website, via remote channels (such as Zoom) or at home and outdoors, to individuals who register or purchase our Services.
Programs are designed to run for a minimum of 12 weeks. Details of which can be found from the homepage on our website:
Relationships with our clients are based on professional courtesy, mutual respect and trust. As such any misunderstanding or dispute should be addressed and resolved as and when it may arise.
Who Can Use Our Services
Our Site and Services are intended for use by individuals over the age of 18. Use of our Site or Services by a person under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
Use of Equipment
Unless otherwise agreed, we will provide gym equipment in the form of Exercise Mats, Hand Weights, Swiss Balls etc as appropriate to a program. This equipment remains the property of Celebrate and should be returned in good condition on completion or termination of a program. Clients will otherwise be given the option to purchase this equipment.
You agree to pay, and authorise our third party payment processor to charge, using your selected payment method and payment plan, (payable monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed) for all applicable fees, prorated charges, and taxes that may accrue in relation to your subscription to use our Services or purchase our products. All fees are in UK £ Sterling and the price charged will be clearly stated in your order confirmation email.
Refunds and Return Policy
We at Celebrate want you to get as much as possible out of your program and to reach your desired goals with our help.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products or services you should raise the matter with your Trainer or Coach immediately.
A review will consider whether the client has followed the advice and training that has been provided for their benefit. Following the review, we may refund payments made or cancel any payments for unused sessions up to and including a full refund as mutually agreed.
Safety in the Home
Some aspects of our Services require physical activity in the home. Clients using such Services and facilities must understand that it is their responsibility to ensure that the area designated for training is safe for themselves and any other members of their household.
In particular, children or vulnerable adults should not be in the room or vicinity of the training area when in use.
We are not Healthcare Professionals and our services and this site do not provide or offer and are not a replacement for professional medical evaluation, advice, diagnosis or treatment. Celebrate provides the services for informational purposes only. Based on information that you request and/or provide to us, Celebrate provides you: (i) access to general health education and information; (ii) nutritional and other fitness advice and (iii) references to other resources.
While we believe that the information provided through our Services and the Site is current and reliable, Celebrate cannot and does not make any such guarantee or warranty.
Medical matters should be referred to a medical professional in the first instance (GP, practice Nurse or other provider) and their advice and guidance takes precedence over any other.
There is an element of risk in any form of physical activity. We mitigate that risk by the requirement of the completion of a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PARQ) and fitness assessment prior to commencing any physically active program.
By using our services you accept responsibility for a risk to health that could, in very rare circumstances result even in death. That being stated, we will evaluate your state of health and response to training at every stage of your program and make modifications to err on the side of caution where it is observed, reported or when requested.
If at any stage you feel dizzy, nauseous or faint, or if you feel pain, it must be reported immediately to your Coach or Personal Trainer and any physical activity stopped until medical advice is given and continuation approved.
YOU HEREBY AGREE THAT, BEFORE USING OUR SERVICES, YOU WILL CONSULT YOUR GP OR OTHER HEALTH CARE PROVIDER FOR MEDICAL ADVICE, PARTICULARLY IF YOU ARE AT RISK FOR PROBLEMS ARISING FROM CHANGES IN YOUR DIET OR LIFESTYLE.
IN CONSIDERATION OF YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, YOU UNDERSTAND AND VOLUNTARILY ACCEPT THE RISKS AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS CELEBRATE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, CLAIM, DEMAND, DAMAGES, COSTS AND EXPENSES, INCLUDING ALL LEGAL AND OTHER REASONABLE FEES AND EXPENSES
