I was fed up with feeling constantly tired and in pain from a back complaint and asked Peter for a fitness and weight loss programme that would suit me. Within a few days I was seeing results from the changes to my diet and really enjoying morning walks around Willen Lake. – Angela Rhodes

Peter introduced me to Nordic Walking and some simple exercises to do at home. I found I could cope well with that and improve my “walking gait” which really helps with my back. I expected to struggle with going out in the mornings but I love it and so does Zorro our dog! I miss our informative chats on our Nordic Walking sessions together. Thanks Peter
