What’s the programme all about?”

In it’s own right, the Nutrition Coaching programme is a 12-month body transformation programme that guides you through important—yet sustainable—changes in your eating and lifestyle habits with help from me and the ProCoach system.

But there is so much, often contradictory information out there, sometimes deliberately wrongly portrayed, that it is difficult to know what is right and proper.

Coupled with an understandable mistrust of any person or company selling nutrition supplements because of bad press and sometimes bad practice, I want to do better and so sought the help of people who are further along the path than me and who have far superior resources and collective knowledge when it comes to healthy eating, good nutrition.

Q:

Will I have to spend a lot of money on food and supplements?

As for supplements, we may recommend a few health-oriented products, based on your unique needs and goals. However, these are not any specific brand and are completely optional.

Will I need to join a gym?

A:

Nope, you don’t have to join a gym to be successful with our Nutrition Coaching programme even if you chose to include Personal Training, I will loan you any fitness equipment for the duration.

All the exercise programmes can be performed at home and outdoors and practiced at your gym if you are already a gym member.

Do you give me a meal plan?

A:

No, we don’t give out meal plans.

Meal plans and diets aren’t really that useful or sustainable. People often feel like they’re either “on” them or “off” them. They feel like they’ve failed and are beyond hope if they’re not eating perfectly at every meal.

Our approach is completely different: We help you build a set of sustainable habits that will serve you for the rest of your life.

This means you get to choose—with the help of your coach—which foods are best for you, when to eat those foods, and how much to eat of them.

Q:

Why coaching? Can’t I just pick up a diet book? Download and App or read some online articles for free?

A:

If you take an honest look at your life—and at the lives of the people you most respect and admire—you’ll notice something interesting.
