Weight Loss Coaching – When it comes to losing fat or muscle gain, it’s all about the food you eat! 
In it’s own right, our course in Healthy Eating, delivered online, is a 12-month body transformation programme that guides you through important, yet sustainable changes in your eating and lifestyle habits with help from me, your Pro Coach. As an integral component with Weight Loss coaching, we add Fitness Training. That is the Active Training part as appropriate to each person’s needs and aspirations, delivered to you in person at your time and place. There are options for up to 12, 24, 36 or 48 sessions designed to run alongside the online Weight Loss Coaching 
 
Technology has a role in the delivery of the online coaching of course and the system from Precision Nutrition is arguably, the best in the world. I am a qualified Nutrition Coach with PN and so able to utilize their system with my clients. That just leaves us with the wearable tech. In the HEAT programme, there is a choice of the full range of fitbit activity trackers included in your package. This tech measures your fitness activities and allows you to share data with me and your friends for extra motivation and accountability. 
Since starting my fitness business in 2007, I have felt that the most important message to pass on to my clients, most of whom want to lose some weight, is to do with good nutrition – healthy eating.
